Led by CEO and founder Seema Sood, Fat Robin builds scalable commercial strategies for early-stage healthcare companies. With experience spanning health vertical stakeholders, solution categories, and business models, Seema is an expert in understanding and developing value drivers and offers her clients tactical and flexible guidance.

Prior to founding Fat Robin, Seema held senior business development and innovation roles at Philips, PPD/Thermo Fisher and McKesson. Seema’s current client portfolio includes commercial leadership, board director and advisory engagements for young companies with data, device and diagnostic health solutions. She also works with multiple accelerators and is an active Venture Partner at NextGen VP.
